Your gift goes straight to the people who need it — no middlemen, no overhead, no delay.

No overhead. No red tape. Joe gave quietly and without fanfare — that's still how we do it. Your gift goes where it's needed most.

The Joseph P. Niccoli Sr. Foundation is a Massachusetts nonprofit with a pending 501(c)(3) federal tax-exemption application. Donations are not currently tax-deductible until approval is received.

Why we exist

Joe spent decades making sure the people around him in Brockton and southeastern Massachusetts were taken care of — quietly, without being asked.

A donation is another way to be part of it. Every dollar raised — whether on the fairway or through this page — goes directly back into the community.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not yet. Our 501(c)(3) application is currently pending federal approval. Once approved, donations will be tax-deductible and you will receive a receipt. We'll update this page as soon as that status changes.

  • Every dollar goes back into the community. Each year the foundation's board meets and decides together where the money goes. It might be a local family, a community organization, or a cause that means something to us. Whatever it is, it stays local and it goes where it's needed most.

  • The best way to get involved right now is to play in or sponsor the tournament. As the foundation grows we will have more opportunities to share. Check back or follow us for updates.

  • We do, particularly items that can be used as prizes and raffles at the annual golf tournament. If you have something in mind reach out to us directly and we can talk through it.

  • Absolutely. Just leave a note when you donate and we will make sure it's acknowledged. There is no better way to honor someone than by giving in their name.
